    OK Betty….

This is one of those recipes I wouldn’t dare tackle Cayenne pepper to taste????

Seriously, I’m not a big avocado fan but I have to admit you come up with the most interesting recipes.

    Beverly,

You know we like things spicy in Texas. Haha! How about a small sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Haha! Or just omit the cayenne pepper.

Avocado is a good fat and something that I had to work at developing a taste for. Now I use avocados on sandwiches, and salads to get more of that good fat into my diet. The cool avocado against spicy such as cayenne pepper is a wonderful combination.

    Thanks for your comments.

    Betty
